Credits are included usage units in every paid plan. They are consumed across calling, post-call processing, OCR, and production connector actions - helping you track usage across every part of the platform.
Live connected minutes
- A 5-minute qualification call = 5 credits
- A 15-minute discovery call = 15 credits
Post-call structured extraction
- Each completed call produces one extraction = 2 credits per call
OCR page processing
- A 10-page PDF uploaded to knowledge = 10 credits

What counts as a connected minute?
A connected minute starts when a live call connects and ends when the call disconnects. Only live outbound and inbound calls are metered. Web preview test calls do not consume credits.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. All plans include platform access and agent configuration. Custom agent builds on Growth and above are included at no extra cost.
What happens when I exceed my included credits?
You can purchase credit packs to top up during your billing period, or upgrade your plan. Credits reset each billing period on your plan's schedule.
Can I start on Trial and upgrade later?
Yes. Trial lets you test agents in the browser and explore the platform. When you're ready to go live with production calling, upgrade to Starter or Growth. Your workspace and configuration are preserved.
What's the difference between preview and production?
Preview lets you test agents in your browser, upload knowledge, and review outputs - all without consuming credits. Production enables live calling, production knowledge retrieval, connector actions, and post-call hooks.
Can I customise a playbook after I start?
Yes. Voice, persona, conversation stages, and output fields are configurable across all plans. Growth and above include custom agent builds.
Do unused credits roll over?
Included credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs expire at the end of the billing period in which they are purchased.
